| Fast, Responsive, Courteous, Fair Pricing and Trustworthy! They?re my go to for working on my truck! We just had an emergency with our car that normally is serviced by the dealer but they were able to diagnose, repair and return the vehicle back to us the same day, thus saving us from additional rental car fees! I wouldn?t hesitate to Recommend Julian and this Shop!! |

| I took my truck to a different, closer shop first. Big mistake. They had it for 4 weeks (yes, WEEKS), with little to no communication (every time I called them they said they were about to do another test on it, which I dont think they ever did). Finally I picked it up when they said they couldn't replicate or diagnose the problem. I replicated the problem at home the next day, when it died in my driveway. Jerry's towed, diagnosed, and fully repaired in less than 24 hours. They were communicative, professional, and helpful, which was the total opposite of the other shop. My family - parents, siblings, etc - have utilized Jerry's for more than 20 years for our automotive repairs, and will continue to do so. |
